Privacy Policy

Airvana Solutions mobile applications

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This policy explains how Airvana Solutions Limited handles information in connection with its mobile applications:

In short: neither app collects personal data. Both work entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers receiving information about you or how you use the apps.

1. Who we are

Airvana Solutions Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16739865), with its registered office at 83 Hughenden Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 9QN.

For any privacy question, contact info@airvanasolutions.co.uk.

2. What each app does with information

Breathe by Airvana

Breathe stores your saved routines and app settings in the app's own storage on your device. This information stays on the device, is not transmitted anywhere, and is not visible to us. Deleting the app removes it.

Breathe does not request any device permissions that give it access to your personal information, and does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts or files.

Air Con Sizer by Airvana

Air Con Sizer takes the room details you enter — dimensions, construction and usage details, and optionally a name in the "Prepared for" field — and calculates a cooling load on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

The app does not save your entries. When you close it, they are gone.

If you create a PDF, it is generated on your device and stored temporarily in the app's private cache. It is shared only if you choose to share it, using your device's own share function. We never receive a copy.

3. Data we collect

CategoryCollected?
Personal identifiers (name, email, address)No
LocationNo
Usage or analytics dataNo
Crash or diagnostic dataNo
Advertising identifiersNo
Photos, files, contacts, microphone, cameraNo

Because we do not collect personal data through the apps, we do not sell, share or transfer it, and there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf.

4. Links to our website

Both apps may contain links to airvanasolutions.co.uk. Following a link opens your device's web browser and takes you outside the app. Our website has its own privacy policy and uses cookies, which are explained there. The apps do not pass any information about you to the website when you follow a link.

5. Google Play

The apps are distributed through Google Play. Google collects its own information about downloads, installs and device compatibility, and may collect crash information at the operating-system level. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy, not by this one. Aggregate statistics Google shows us — such as install counts — do not identify individual users.

6. Children

Neither app is directed at children, and neither collects personal data from anyone, including children.

7. If you contact us

If you email us, we hold your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep correspondence for up to two years unless it forms part of a customer order or a legal record, in which case our standard business retention periods apply.

8. Your rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. As the apps collect no personal data, these rights will normally only be relevant to correspondence you have sent us.

To exercise any right, email info@airvanasolutions.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the apps handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will note it in the app's release notes on Google Play.
